Hi everyone! Happy July, what a fab and busy couple of months we have had here at ‘On Broadway’® Dance Fitness. We’ve welcomed back clients to our venues in Sheffield, Bakewell and Chesterfield (as well as online), and have met lots of new ladies who have joined us for free online taster classes!

We’ve had top hats out for our Willamania routine last month, and this month we’re dancing a cheeky Charleston routine to ‘Chitty Chitty Bang Bang’! We sure are keeping you on your toes with our new routines… next month we’ve got a brand spankin’ new one coming your way from 9 to 5 the musical. So excited!

This week Mabel and I have been away in my favourite place, Robin Hood’s Bay! I love what I do as a ‘job’, and work never really feels like ‘work’, however I am practicing what I preach and getting some much needed me time to recharge my batteries after a super busy few months!

Have you heard of ‘the secret’?

In today’s blog I want to talk about the amazing power of the law of attraction. Have you ever read “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne. It’s all about the law of attraction and it is fascinating!

Have you ever been thinking about a certain person and then all of a sudden they phone or text? Or you are buying a new car and then you suddenly start seeing that same car everywhere? Coincidence you might think!? Wrong, it’s the universal law of attraction. Or what about when your day starts off all wrong and then just continues to get worse?  Whatever you are thinking you attract!

Your thoughts become your feelings which in turn become your actions which in turn become your reality! If you change your thoughts you can change what you attract into to your life, like a magnet! I love this stuff because it actually works!!

So, it really is super important to choose our thoughts wisely! Thinking or, even better, saying positive thoughts each morning will change the way you walk out in the world, in fact it can change your life for the better.
